• project type, budget, timeline, contact preference;
• your message and, where applicable, the estimator result.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your request and getting back to you (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Preparing a quote and a possible collaboration (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended solely for SWC Agency. It is never sold or rented. To operate, the website relies on:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting);
• Telegram (instant delivery of your request to SWC Agency).

These providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Retention

Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at contact@swcagency.fr: we reply within one month at most.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France, cnil.fr) or the Data Protection Authority (Belgium, dataprotectionauthority.be).

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS and submitted data is only accessible to SWC Agency.
